For over forty years SA Recycling has been committed to the improvement of our community and world.

Through our business, we have diverted millions of tons of waste from landfills. This has resulted in cleaner water and air for everyone. To protect our environment, preserve our health, and reduce waste we need the participation of every person. That is why we are committed to improving our community through our ongoing environmental education programs. We have trained team members who are excited to share their knowledge with your school, organization, or business.

Programs

Here are three ways SA Recycling invests in the education of our local communities:

SA Recycling in Schools

Ask to have SA Recycling come out to your school to talk about to your students about the environment and recycling. Our talks are free to interested young learners! We can speak to different age groups from elementary school, high school, and college. We are willing to answer any questions you or your students may have about SA Recycling or the recycling process.

We encourage you to try holding a school-wide ecology day or earth day. We would be delighted to accommodate you for this sort of special day for your classes.

SAR Education at Events: Have an event, fair, or conference coming up? SA Recycling would be happy to set up a table and speak to your attendees. We will come to your event with our own presentation table. A friendly team member will be on hand throughout the event to speak about recycling and answer any questions your attendees may have.
